Arbor Parent App & Parent Portal
We now use Arbor as our main system for communicating with parents and carers and for managing a range of school services. Arbor brings many of the things you need to do as a parent or carer together in one place, either through the Arbor Parent App or the online Parent Portal.
What can I use Arbor for?
Parents and carers should use Arbor to:
- Receive school communications and important information
- Make payments to the school
- Book Parents’ Evening appointments
- Manage payments for trips, clubs and other activities, where available
- View information relating to their child
- Check and request changes to contact and personal details
Arbor's Parent App is designed to give parents access to these services from one place.
Getting started with Arbor
You can access Arbor in two ways:
Arbor Parent Portal
Access the Parent Portal through a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Arbor Parent App
Download the Arbor Parent & Guardian Portal app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Logging in for the first time
If you are using Arbor for the first time:
- Look for the welcome email from Arbor sent to the email address that you have registered with the school. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it.
- Follow the link in the email to set up your password.
- You must complete your initial account setup through the Parent Portal website before using the app.
- Once your password has been created, you can sign in using your registered email address and password.
If you have not received your welcome email or are having difficulties accessing your account, please contact the School Office, who will be happy to help.
Keeping your information up to date
It is very important that the school holds accurate and up-to-date information for your family.
Through Arbor, parents and carers can review and request changes to information held about themselves and their children, including contact details. The school may need to review and approve changes before they are added to the child's school record. Arbor also allows parents to add or update certain information such as contact and medical details.
Changes of home address
If you have moved home, updating your address through Arbor is not sufficient on its own.
You will still need to provide the School Office with physical documentary evidence of your new address so that we can verify the change. Please speak to a member of the office team if you are unsure what evidence is required.

We encourage all parents and carers to make sure they can access Arbor and that the contact information we hold for them is correct, as Arbor is now an important part of how we communicate with families and provide access to school services.
