Ancient Egyptians at the British Museum

St Edmund’s was lucky to visit the British Museum this half-term to enrich their study of the Ancient Egyptians. The children learned about the architecture of Ancient Egyptian tombs and the treasures they housed. They also learned about different aspects of Ancient Egyptian life, like wall art, hunting, clothing and jewelry.

One of the highlights of the trip was that they got to see a mummy. It was truly a memorable experience.
